Pick any tree to stand beneath,
then watch out for a falling leaf,
be patient for a sudden breeze
to bring the leaves down from the trees.
When one falls, before it lands,
you must catch it in your hands.
Some fall fast, some float, some spin,
but if you catch it first, you win!
Don’t worry if it flies right past,
get ready for the next one fast.
That's all you need to know to play,
it’s perfect for an autumn day.
