Welcoming us

Krishna Zivraj-Nair

We have taken this photograph in front of a tree behind our home in a small patch of woods. This small patch of tranquillity is very important to us as a family, as we take Dobby, our 1 year old cocker spaniel, for a walk every day and during the lockdown, these trees have been very welcoming to us, giving us the fresh air and the peace of mind.

My two children, Sia, aged 9 and Arjun, 8, and I have tried to pose with our hands extended like branches of a tree in front of the banner.
